US domestic shipping

Shipping for boards is usually around $25 depending on the weight of the board. Small, irregularly-shaped items have shipping costs included in the purchase price.

International shipping

Because of shipping delays and difficulty getting products into some countries, we are not shipping outside the US at this time.

Warranty

We stand behind our products! If you have any issues with your products, please communicate with us! We'll fix or replace it if we can, or point you in the right direction for a solution.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final after the purchased items are released by Big Dog Woodcrafts [We] to the shipping company or the customer. We are not responsible for any damage to the product after the items have been released. If something gets damaged en route, the customer will find making an insurance claim with the shipping company, then contacting us to reorder the item, as the best route forward.

All sales on custom-made items are final. Our goal is to make you happy with your purchase, so let's communicate and solve any issues together.
