It all began with a love of local art and a desire to create beautiful things.

After spending a year sidetracked from our normal lives, we decided to turn our garage into a woodworking shop. What began as a plan to create cutting boards and charcuterie boards, quickly expanded as we fell more in love with the wood and the process.

Little by little, we pieced together the core of the shop, adding tools along the way. We truly enjoy working together, and have fun bouncing ideas around.

Each board, coaster, pen, or box is a unique piece, hand crafted with care for the natural beauty of the wood. Nothing is mass-produced.

All our wood, both domestic and exotic, is sourced responsibly.

We love our dogs. But our lives changed this winter when we lost two of them unexpectedly about a month apart. We still have Freki, who is the remaining original ‘Big Dog’. We welcomed Ike into our aching hearts at Christmas. He is a retired police K9 and is best known for asking everyone for hugs and perfecting the phrase ‘I like Ike’.

Meet the newest member of the family. Baz is a Belgian Terverun puppy who is rapidly growing into the vest he proudly wears. He goes to work with Catie every day and will one day be her new service dog.
